Duck Liver Parfait with Cointreau and orange glaze and a toasted Ciabatta
MAIN COURSE
Roast turkey with apricot stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and traditional gravy
Roast topside of Beef With Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and red wine gravy
Wild Mushroom Strudel with wholegrain mustard, new potatoes and vegetable gravy
Fillet of Halibut In prawn and mussel cream sauce with new potatoes
Fillet of venison on mulled red cabbage, with a bitter chocolate sauce, and Parmentier potatoes.
